Instead of seeing Dr. Chavez in person, you engage in a 1 on 1 video chat through your computer or smart phone. Not only does this save time, but limits exposure to other patients and infections. Not living close to the office is no longer a problem.

For established patients, most non-procedural appointments would qualify for a telemedicine visit.

We work with Medicare, most insurances, and have cash pay options for those without insurance.

From there we walk you through the steps to get your phone or computer ready for the telemedicine call. After a quick test call, we schedule the date of your appointment.
